This notice explains how Venturian Labs Ltd ("Venturian Labs") handles personal data through this website, venturian.io. Venturian Labs is the controller of that data. You can reach the company at theo@venturian.io or by post at Selworthy House, 115–117 Great Titchfield Street, London W1W 6RZ.

What this website collects

This website has no accounts, no forms, no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers. Its fonts are served from the site itself, not from a third party.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, so that it can deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Venturian Labs relies on its legitimate interest in running a secure website for this.

If you email Venturian Labs

If you write to a venturian.io address, Venturian Labs receives your email address and what you write. It uses them only to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation, and keeps them only as long as that purpose needs. Email to venturian.io is routed by Cloudflare and stored with Google, who act as service providers. Venturian Labs relies on its legitimate interest in answering your message.

Sharing and transfers

Venturian Labs does not sell personal data, and does not share it except with the service providers named above, or where the law requires it. These providers may process data outside the United Kingdom. Where they do, they rely on the safeguards that UK data protection law requires.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask Venturian Labs to:

• tell you what personal data it holds about you, and give you a copy;
• correct data that is wrong;
• delete your data, or restrict how it is used;
• stop using your data where it relies on legitimate interests.

To make a request, write to theo@venturian.io. If you are unhappy with how your data has been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
